Donnie Gene Carman, 61, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, June 18, 1999 after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, Shirley R. Carman of Albuquerque; daughters, Donna R. Carman, Blanca Carman, Cindy Kraus, Julia Enriquez, Michele Paynter and Maria Scarpelli; sons, Donald Carman, Darell Carman and Andrew Oesman; beloved grandchildren; one great-grandson; many brothers, sisters, family members and friends. His family and friends will remember him for his kind, loving and giving heart. Mr. Carman served in the U.S. Marine Corp. He was very active in the Teamsters Local #492 as President, Business Agent, Steward and member. Services will be held Monday, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Pastor Rick Donaho officiating. Private interment will take place at Fairview Memorial Park. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Sunday, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
