Mrs. Estella Barros died Thursday in Albuquerque at the age of 88. She is survived by her sons, Larry Barros and wife, Inge of Beaverton, OR and Jim Barros and wife, Mary; sisters, Beatrice Sheffield and husband, John and Rose Padilla and husband, Elias; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services for Mrs. Barros will be held on Monday at the Holy Family Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. Pallbearers will be Anthony Martinez, Michael Barros, Margo Torres, Mark Gering, Lawrence Segura and Jerry Barros. A Rosary for Mrs. Barros will be recited on Sunday evening, 7:00 p.m., at the Salazar and Sons Mortuary, 400 3rd St. SW.
