Obituary for Denney

Fred N. Denney, a resident of Albuquerque since 1955, died Tuesday, June 1, 1999. Mr. Denney was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Denney. He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Robinson and husband, Rob of Albuquerque, Karson Bruce and husband, Ben of Reno, NV and Kelley Green and husband, Bob of Los Lunas; sons, David Denney and wife, Danelle of Colorado Springs, CO, Bill Denney of Las Cruces and Dayle Denney of El Paso, TX; mother, Gladys Denney of Albuquerque; granddaughters, Jenna Bruce of Reno, NV and Amanda Marie Robinson of Albuquerque; grandsons, Trevor Green and Trenton Green, both of Los Lunas and grandchild to be, Cameron Ford Denney, of Colorado Springs, CO; and Ethel Denney of Las Cruces and Diane Denney of Albuquerque. Mr. Denney graduated from NMSU, and was an outstanding Alumni. He owned and operated Fred Denney and Associates from 1973 until his retirement. Mr. Denney was licensed as a professional engineer in six states. He passionately loved the State of New Mexico, and also the histories and families of New Mexico. Cremation has taken placen and memorial services will be held Sunday, 4:00 p.m., at St. Thomas of Canterbury Episcopal Church, 425 University Blvd. NE, with Father Jack Russell officiating.
