Floyce Bishop Norris Whipple passed away January 17, 1999 on her 90th birthday. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty L. and father, James Y. Bishop; and three brothers, Clyde, Joe and Ralph Bishop. She is survived by two brothers, Albert H. Bishop and wife, Lottie of Lathrope, CA, Bill R. Bishop of Kitawanga, B.C., Canada; one sister, Edith L. Huff of Albuquerque; numerous nieces and nephews; one sister-in-law, Oleta Bishop; and foster daughter, Edith Carolyn Miller and children. Graveside services will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Friday, January 22nd, at 2:00 p.m. Cremation arrangements are being provided by Sunrise Society.
