I.D."Barney" Lowrey, 76, a resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, July 22, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Ouida Lowrey of Albuquerque; sons, Keith Lowrey and wife, Holly of Denver, CO and Jim Lowrey and wife, Gwen, all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Piper and James Lowrey of Denver, CO and Zach Guay of Albuquerque; brothers, Myron Lowrey and wife, Heidi of Rancho Cordova, CA and Gene Lowrey and wife, Barbara of Albuquerque; and sister, Beverly Slade of Viroqua, WI. Mr. Lowrey was born December 1, 1922 in LaFarge, WI. He married Ouida McKinley on July 12, 1953. He worked for Western Electric for 38 years. Services will be held Monday, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University NE, with Rev. Rueben Carlson officiating. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
