Obituary for Poli

Francesco"Frank" Poli, 70, of Glen Oak Drive, died Monday march 22. He was born in Conco, Italy, son of the late John and Aurelia (Colpo) Poli. He was a resident of Enfield for the last 43 years. Frank was formerly employed by Hamilton Standard as a Cost Analyst for 31 years, later working for the Hertz Corporation during his retirement. He was pre-deceased by his wife Ann Marie (Pavlakis) Poli. Frank is survived by his loving children; a son, Philip Poli and daughter-in-law, Wendy of Enfield; a daughter, Patricia Poli-Nair and son-in-law, Vijay, of Newtown; a daughter, Pamela Poli of Albuquerque, NM; a daughter, Paula Larson of Suffield; a daughter, Jo Ann Senter; and a daughter, Dawn Dodge and a son-in-law, Elwood, of Enfield. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Christopher, Melissa, Kimberly, Danielle, Debra, Keri, David, Sara, and Gabrielle. Frank also leaves a sister Vanda Gutt and brother-in-law, William of Torrington, as well as many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, March 24 from 6 to 8 PM in Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Road Enfield, (Exit 48 off I-91, East Rte. 220 1 1/ 4 miles). A Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday March 24 at 8 PM in Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels following calling hours.
