Sarah M. Downes Lockman (nee Morris) passed away on March 18, 1999 in Albuquerque. She was the beloved wife of the late Paul Lockman and the late Kenneth Downes; loving and devoted mother of Gail McCarthy, Cathy Womersley and Kenneth Downes; adored grandmother of nine and great-grandmother of six; dear sister of Catherine and Rosemary Morris. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Reposing will be at Macken Mortuary, Inc., 52 Clinton Avenue, Rockville Centre, NY on Monday, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at St. Raymond's R.C. Church, East Rockaway, NY on Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery, Middle Village, NY.
