Vance D. Caldwell, age 78, a resident of Albuquerque for 13 years and formerly of Westmont, Il for 27 years, passed away March 19, 1999. Mr. Caldwell retired from the FMC Corp. Link Belt Division for 37 years and from the Eastman Kodak Company nine years. He was a World War II Army veteran and Past Commander of VFW Post #9267 of Westmont. He was the beloved husband of the late Ruth (1997); loving father of Lee (Sharon), Ray (Patricia) and Tim (Patricia); cherished grandfather of Johnathan, Erin, John, Allyson and Katie; dear brother of Betty, Dorothy and Donna. Memorials to the charity of your choice will be appreciated. Local memorial services will be held Wednesday, 2:30 p.m., at St. Paul Untied Methodist Church, 9500 Constitution Ave. NE, Albuquerque, 298-5596. Inurnment Vista Verde Memorial Park.
