Joe E. Cornelson, 79, a resident of Albuquerque since 1975, died Wednesday, March 17, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Cornelson of Albuquerque; brother, Ervin Cornelson of Bullhead City, AZ; and many caring nieces and nephews. Mr. Cornelson retired in 1982 after many years as a truck driver. He will be missed by many friends and relatives. Services will be held Monday, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Dr. Vernon Lierly and Rev. Curtis Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
