J. Jerome Maxwell, 83, a resident of Albuquerque since 1954, died Tuesday, March 16, 1999. He is survived by his son, Jerry Maxwell and wife, Jeannette of Edgewood, NM; daughters, Courtney Petty and husband, Jim of Albuquerque and Nancy Jackson and husband, Dale of Richards, TX; brother, Malcolm Maxwell and wife, Carolyn of Jackson, MI; and grandchildren, Nikie Berry, Daniel Maxwell, Danell, Mike and Joshua Jackson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elisbeth Maxwell in 1984. He was a Deacon and taught Sunday School at Hoffmantown Church. Mr. Maxwell was a member of The Bar Association. Memorial service will be held Friday, 1:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Pastor Rick Donaho officiating. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Thursday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to New Mexico Boys and Girls Ranch, 6209 Hendrix NE 87110 and Baptist Children's Home.
