Kenneth (Kenny) T. Romero, a resident of Belen, passed away on Sunday, May 23, 1999. He was a member of the Catholic Church. Kenny was owner and operator of Westar Metals of Belen. He was preceded in death by his cousins, Chris (Sparky) Torres in 1997, and Roy Griego in 1998. She is survived by his wife of 18 years, Esther of Belen; four children, Kristen, Kenny, Dustin, and Paula, all of Belen; his parents, Bences and Marian Romero of Contreras, NM; paternal grandparents, Jacobo and Oralia Romero of Las Nutrias, NM. Kenny is also survived by many loving uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. There will be a Visitation of Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Contreras. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Contreras. Romero Funeral Home, 609 N. Main, Belen, NM.
