Harriet"Jo" Vinsik, a resident of Albuquerque since 1972, went to be with the Lord, Monday, April 19, 1999 after a long illness. Since arriving in Albuquerque from London, England, Jo was a longtime member of Hoffmantown Church and most recently Fellowship Baptist Church. Mrs. Vinsik was known for her generosity and she contributed to many local and national charitable organizations. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Yeoman Master Chief Petty Officer, Raymond P. Vinsik, USN, (Ret.). Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 22, 1999 at Fellowship Baptist Church, 414 Charleston SE, with Dr. John Blue and Pastor Darrell Kepler officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
