Obituary for Dailey

Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Sunday April 18, 1999

In Loving Memory of TONITA NARANJO DAILEY April 20, 1905 - February 16, 1989God saw you were getting tired, And a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you And whispered,"Come with Me." With tearful eyes we watched you suffer And saw you fade away. Although we loved you dearly, We could not make you stay. It broke our hearts to lose you, But you did not go alone. A part of us went with you, The day God called you home. Memories are treasures no one can steal, This is a heartache only God can heal. Deep in our hearts a memory is kept Of one we loved and will never forget.Your loving husband, Charles Daughters, Betty, Niecie and their families Grandma, when we dance at Santa Clara I know you are always with me by my side. Jé-ya K'wijo, Ee-vi won ge we-segi, We seh-kaa neh. Hedi wee, we-taa we muu ne ah hay.
