Bill Echols, 88, a longtime resident of New Mexico, passed away Thursday, May 6, 1999. He is survived by Reba Echols, his wife of 66 years; daughter, Marie Hennigan and husband, Harvey; son, Donald Echols and wife, Becky; son, Wade Echols; daughter-in-law, Dorothy Echols; grandsons, Timothy Patrick, Randy, Todd, Bill and Clay Echols; granddaughters, Patricia Kovachetz, Jodi and Bari Hennigan and Elizabeth Echols; grandson-in-law, Steve Davis; great-grandchildren, Beth Crawford and husband, Grant, Monique and Joseph Williams, Daisy and Savannah Patrick, Danny and Brittney Echols, Matthew Norris and Phillip and Seth Davis; three sisters; three brothers; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by daughter, Maxine; son, Billy; and grandson, Matthew. Graveside services will be held Monday, 2:00 p.m., at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd. SE, with Pastor Rick Donaho officiating. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
