Adaline Mildred Rohde passed away on Friday, December 10, 1999. She was born on August 1, 1908 to Carl and Hattie Woyach Geffe in River Grove, IL. Adaline moved to Albuquerque over 20 years ago from Cary, IL. She was a member of All Saints Lutheran Church, and belonged to the Eastern Star and Palantine. Adaline was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George J. in 1990; her son, Richard; brothers, Carl and Norman Geffe; and her niece, Lois Douglass. She is survived by her two sisters, Ethel Rasmuson of Albuquerque and Loretta Grandt of Indiana; her sister-in-law, Olivia Geffe of Albuquerque; her niece Arlyne Jacobsen of Munster, Indiana; and two nephews, Robert and wife, Edna Grandt of Florida and Herbet Grandt, Jr. and wife, Sharon of Illinois. She will be greatly missed by all of her family. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 13 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Rio Rancho Funeral Home with Funeral Services following at 11:00 a.m. with Tim Thies as officiant. Burial will take place at St. Luke's Cemetery in Chicago, IL.
