Leta F. Frederich, age 87, a lifelong resident of New Mexico, died December 2, 1999. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon. She is survived by her daughters, Shirley A. Masshar and Barbara J. Klaudt and husband, John; grandchildren, Stephanie M. Larragoite, Michelle Masshar, Patti Henthorn and husband, Dean; great-grandchildren, Cierra Leona and Sean Harrison Larragoite, Cooper Henthorn; and her sister, Mary Rose Clark. A Memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 7, 1999, in the Palm Chapel of Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. SE. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 525 San Pedro Dr. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108 or to the Animal Humane Association of New Mexico, 615 Virginia SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
