CALLIE L. CORNELISONCallie was born in Blanchard, OK, December 28, 1907, and died on November 26, 1999, in Tucson, AZ. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Joseph B.; and son, Joe Carroll; also six sisters; and one brother. Survivors include daughter, Shirley (Frank) Alfano of Tucson; son, Wallace of Seoul, Korea; grandson, Zane (Donna) Heard of Rio Rancho; granddaughter, Leslie (Mark) McCullough of Albuquerque; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Callie was a longtime resident of Albuquerque and a devoted member of the Church of Christ at Netherwood Park and Mountainside Congregations. Callie is fondly remembered by many for her sense of humor and ever-present positive outlook on life. She will be greatly missed. A Memorial service commemorating Callie's life will be held at Netherwood Park Church of Christ on Monday, December 6 at 11:00 a.m. The family requests, that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Albuquerque Christian Children's Home, 5700 Winter Haven NW, Albuquerque 87120-2643.
