Tomas Gerald Everett, 86, a resident of Albuquerque since 1978, died Thursday, December 2, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Mercedes Everett of Albuquerque; brother, Ken Everett of Denver, CO; sister, Allene Butler of Olympia, WA; son, Jerry Everett and wife, Nancy of Kansas City, MO; step-son, Dan Jackson of San Francisco, CA; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Everett retired in 1978 from A.T.&S.F. Railroad, where he worked as an engineer, conductor and fireman for many years. He was a 32nd Degree Mason. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Saturday, 2:00 p.m., at Cathedral Church of St. John, 318 Silver Ave. SE, with Father Byron McDougal officiating.
