Obituary for Ingham

Amanda Ingham, 95, died November 27, 1999. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Kirchgessner of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Laura Kirchgessner and husband, Scotty, Tom Kirchgessner and wife, Sue, and David Kirchgessner and wife, Kelly, all of Albuquerque; great-grandchildren, Zachary W. and Luke S. Kirchgessner, both of Albuquerque. Amanda was preceded in death by her husband of over 45 years, Winter I. Ingham, in 1976. Amanda was a country school teacher for five years until she became a 3rd grade elementary teacher at Washington School in Evansville, Indiana, where she taught for 25 years. She loved to play bridge, work in her garden, and share her special peaches with friends and neighbors. Cremation has taken place. Services will be at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 1500 Chelwood Park Blvd., Friday, December 3, at 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Presbyterian Foundation Hospice Group.
