Rev. Pattie M. Butts, age 63, of Jal, NM passed away suddenly Tuesday, December 5, 2000. Survived by son, Donald D. Butts of Stafford, VA; daughters, Joni L. Dipatri and Jaynie Brookshire, both of Knoxville, TN; beloved sister, Bonnie Krause of Las Vegas, NV; Pattie's three cherished grandchildren, Chrissy Atchley and Frank DiPatri of Knoxville, TN; and Garry Bull Of Oklahoma City, OK; her dear family, Edna Mae, Dona, and Robert Butts of Albuquerque, Jenny Ruttle of Phoenix, AZ; and numerous nephews, nieces and other loving family. She joins her parents in death, Ted and Agnes McCulley of Las Vegas, NV. Originally from Las Vegas, NV, Pattie lived in New Mexico since the late 1950's. For over the last ten years, she was a pastor in the New Mexico Conference of the United Methodist Church serving various congregations within New Mexico. She was most recently the pastor of First United Methodist Church in Jal, NM. Pattie will be sadly missed by family, wonderful friends, and the many people whose lives she touched over the years. Memorial services are scheduled at First United Methodist Church in Jal, NM on Friday, December 8, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. and in Albuquerque at Central United Methodist Church at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 9, 2000. Cooper Funeral Chapel, Inc. in Kermit, TX is in charge of arrangements.
