Mary E. Fields, 73, an Albuquerque resident since 1968, died Friday, December 15, 2000. She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Hill and husband, John of Aurora, CO and Gay Newman and husband, Cary of Bayfield, CO; granddaughters, Sarah and Amy Newman of Bayfield, CO; former husband, Darrel Fields of Albuquerque; sister, Dorothy Pickett of Macon, GA. Mary was an artist and she loved painting. She will be dearly missed by her family and many friends. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 20, 2000 at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd, NE.
