Obituary for Vittitoe

Mary Ann Vittitoe, age 66, and a resident of Albuquerque for 34 years, died in her sleep on Saturday, December 9, 2000. She is survived by her husband, Charles Vittitoe; two daughters, Dorothy Ripley and her husband, Paul, and Victoria Keith and her husband, Stan; four grandchildren, Garrett Keith, Kayla Ripley, Christian Keith, and Kira Ripley; and one sister, Caroline Aldridge all of Albuquerque. Mrs. Vittitoe had taught High School, Sunday School and Nursery School prior to the ten years she spent with the A.I.S.E. Foreign Student Program serving as the New Mexico Director. She also received considerable praise for her family Christmas letters that were enjoyed by many. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Fitzgerald and Son Funeral, 3113 Carlisle Blvd. NE with pastor Larry Pierson officiating. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation special arthritis pool program, P.O. Box 26666, Albuquerque, NM 87125. Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle Blvd., are in charge of arrangements.
