Gwenavere B. Frame passed away from this life into the arms of her Lord on February 18, 2000. Now she can see the Light! She was born on November 26 1920 in Quincy, Illinois to Clinton and Neva Barnhart. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Eldon B. Frame of Albuquerque; her sons, Terrance Frame and wife, Kathryn of Albuquerque, Dr. Scott Frame and wife, Joyce of Cincinnati, OH; grandchildren, Melinda and Craig Frame; sister, Virgene Friday of Jacksonville, IL; and nieces and nephews. Gwen will be remembered through her faith and devotion to her church, Faith Lutheran, as well as her service in the community. Gwen belonged to both the Cosmopolitan and Sanado Womens' Clubs, where her volunteer work extended itself to such organizations as Albuquerque Hearing and Speech Center, Albuquerque Museum, Casa Esperanza, Carrie Tingley Childrens' Hospital, and El Centro Villa Nursing Home. Her service and participation in these philanthropies will be greatly missed, but her love and commitment to her friends and her family are her greatest legacy. We will miss you, Gwen. Cremation has taken place and a private interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery. A Memorial will take place at Faith Lutheran Church on Saturday, February 26, 2000 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Gwen Frame Memorial Fund at Faith Lutheran Church, 10000 Spain Dr. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111, or a charity of your choice. Sunrise Society is serving the family of Mrs. Frame, (891-8200).
