Melvin Sedillo, Sr., age 48, passed away September 9, 2000. He was a free lance artist and a good man to many. Melvin was preceded in death by his parents, Dolores and Lorencita, brother, Lawrence, sisters, Alvita and Esther. He is survived by his wife, Bertha Mae Armijo; two sons, Melvin and wife, Rebecca, and Gabriel; three brothers, Richard and wife, Ernestine, John, and Charlie; three sisters, Dorothy, Frances, and Sadie; granddaughter, Risa Sedillo; and numerous other relatives and friends who loved and will miss him. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Catholic Church, 820 Broadway SE, on Friday, September 15, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th St NW, Albuquerque. 505-343-8008
