Obituary for Howard

Jack F. Howard, 99, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully at his home on September 4, 2000. Mr. Howard was born October 3, 1900 in Milwaukee, WI and came to Albuquerque in 1943 to take the position as President of Rainbo Baking Co., now one of the largest bakeries in New Mexico. He is survived by his wife, Theresa M. Howard; three daughters, Patty Howard-Olliges of Las Vegas, NV, Jackie Howard of Albuquerque, and Dotti Howard-Witt of Carlsbad, NM; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mr. Howard was a lifetime member of Ballut Abyad Temple A.A.O.N.M.S. and very involved with the Shrine Circus. He was also an avid fisherman and golfer, having"shot his age at 89". On October 3rd, Jack would have been 100 years of age. His wife, Theresa, will be 87 years old and it would have been the couple's 66th wedding anniversary.
