Margaret Jenkins, 88, a resident of Albuquerque since 1958, died on Tuesday, September 26, 2000. Mrs. Jenkins is survived by her two daughters, Evelyn Pierce of Albuquerque and Joyce Monroe of Ardmore, OK; eight grandchildren; three brothers, Howard Damron of Cherry Valley, CA, James Damron of Portland, OR and Charles Damron of CA; four sisters, Maurine Howard of Kerrville, TX, Wilo Mae Weems of Bakersfield, CA, June Shipley of Bakersfield, CA and Goldie Poe of Bakersfield, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband, O.H. Jenkins; and daughter, Gloria Fields; two brothers; and one grandson, Max Monroe. Private graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Park.
