Cynthia "Cindy" Lynn Walters Tavenner, 36, Beloved wife of Michael A. Tavernner, was taken too early from a family that loved her dearly. She passed away at her home Sunday, September 24, 2000. She was born to Richard and Barbara"Bobbi" (Heron) Walters July 14, 1969 in Encino CA. A resident of Moriarty, NM, Cindy was Co-Owner of Tavenners Towing & Recovery of Moriarty. Cindy had a love for animals, especially cats, music and laughter. She always went out of her way to offer food and shelter to people in need. She leaves behind her beloved 4 year old daughter Ashley Marie of the home. She is also survived by her mother Bobbi Walters of Albuquerque; brother Rich and wife Jennifer, their children Steffan, Chase, Tjaden all of Albuquerque; brother Rob Walters, his wife Jennifer, their children Shelby and Syd of Albuquerque, her mother-in-law Sadie Tavenner of Tavenner's Corner, NM; her brothers and sister-in-laws Dionne Carlton and Husband Lance their children Jessica, Lance Jr. of Santa Fe, NM; Wendy Tavenner and her children Drew, Palma, and Skye of Moriarty, NM; Frank M. Tavenner of Tavenner's Corner, NM; Elton Tavenner and wife Jackie of Chandler, AZ; Quentin Tavenner and Nichole Tavenner of Tavenner's Corner. Many Uncles, aunts, cousins, and friend that loved her dearly. Cindy was preceded in death by her father Rich Walters, father-in-law Garth M. Tavenner, grandfather Joe Walters, grandmother Catherine Tavenner and Grandparents Charles and Barbara Herron. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday September 27, 2000-7:00 PM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Moriarty, N.M. Mass will celebrated Thursday September 28, 2000-10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church with Father Tony Martinez officiating. Pallbearers will be Frank M. Tavenner, Elton L. Tavenner, Quentin L. Tavenner, Rich Walters, Rob Walters, and Daniel Brick. Honorary Pallbearers will be Steffan, Drew, Lance Jr., Chase, and Syd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in care of the Ashley Tavenner Fund at the Ranchers bank in Moriarty, NM. Arrangements were entrusted to the Harris-Hanlon Morturary in Moriarty, NM.
