Leland A. Ross, 79, a resident of Albuquerque, died on Monday, September 25, 2000. Mr. Ross is survived by his daughter, Cheryl A. Garcia of Albuquerque; sisters, Lois Kramer of Mt. Pleasant, IA and Helen Fritz of Chula Vista, CA; former son-in-law, Premetivo A. Garcia of Albuquerque. He is preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Marie Ross. Mr. Ross is a member of the St. John's United Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge in Columbus Junction, Iowa. A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, 2:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Interment of cremains will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
