Elizabeth E. Shaffer, 81, a resident of Albuquerque died, Wednesday, May 24, 2000. She is survived by her son, Kenneth ONeal Shaffer and wife, Raylah Etlantus of Albuquerque; granddaughters, Maiya of Overland Park, KS, Alandren and Haly both of Albuquerque; grandson, Niran of Albuquerque; brother, Jim Estes of Gun Barrel City, TX; sisters, Margaret Rucker and Mary Estes both of Dallas, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded by husband of 40 years, Kenneth ONeal Shaffer. She was a retired teacher in Santa Fe for 25 years. Graveside services will be held Saturday, 2:00 p.m., at Lawn Haven Memorial Garden in Clovis, NM. Donations may be made to Open Hands in Santa Fe. French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
