Baby Girl Bernadine Marie Chavez-Gurule, infant daughter of Rudy Gurule and Kathleen Chavez, born May 3, 2000, is now one of God's Little Angels in Heaven. She is survived by one brother, Rudy Gene Chavez; two sisters, Marissa Ercelia Chavez and Amanda Rose Chavez; maternal grandfather, Eugene Chavez; grandmother, Mary Selgado; step-grandfather, Ben Selgado; great-grandparents, John and Louise Valdez, Eugene Chavez Sr. and Georgia Chavez; great-great-grandmother, Adelna Rendon; two aunts, Marlene Espinosa and children, Erica, Angelo and Matthew, Darlene Valdez and children, Adrian Valdez and Sarah Blanco; paternal grandparents, Rudy and Alice Gurule; great-grandparents, Ismael and Sophie Baca and Henry Gurule; aunt, Valerie Gurule and Rueben, and daughter, Samantha; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Mass of the Angels will be celebrated Friday morning, 10:30 a.m., at St. Anne, 1400 Arenal SW, with Father Tom Mayesfke, Celebrant. Graveside Blessings will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rudy Gurule and Eugene Chavez Jr. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW, in charge of the arrangements.
