Ramona Mary Storm, 81, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past year, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2000. Ramona had been a writer up until her death. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Gayle Storm Tanaka Montoya. Ramona is survived by three children, Todd R. Storm of Rochester, NY, Jill Storm Dougherty of Rio Rancho and Randall Storm of Lakewood, CO; two sisters, Phyllis Simon of Gary, IN and Adrienne Steinorth of Deerfield, IL; eight grandchildren, Christopher, Aurelia, Dayna, Heather, Chad, Sara, Nick, and Benjamin; one great-grandchild, Cassy; special friends,"Sunny" Larue Storm, Charles DelCurto and Margaret Lang. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with the service at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2000 in the chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd., at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho, with Chaplain Dennis Lihte officiating.
