Tony J. Cognetto, age 46, and a resident of Albuquerque for 20 years, died Sunday, February 20, 2000, at home following an illness. Mr. Cognetto is survived by his wife, Susan Cognetto of Albuquerque; one daughter, Chris Cognetto of Albuquerque; one son, Vito Cognetto of Albuquerque; his mother, Jane Cognetto; father, Anthony Cognetto; two sisters, Terry Cognetto and Gina Emad; and one brother, Norman Cognetto, all of New York. Mr. Cognetto was the owner of Enchantment Electronics. Visitation will be held Monday, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. in the Palm Chapel of Strong-Thorne Mortuary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 412 Stover SW, with Fr. James Moore, Celebrant. Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. SE, are in charge of arrangements.
