Ruth"Nig" Garrett, 93, a resident of Albuquerque for 52 years, died Monday, February 14, 2000. She is survived by her loving son, Thomas R. Garrett; daughter-in-law, Shirley Ann Garrett; grandsons, Sean Eric Garrett and Thomas Aaron Garrett, all of Albuquerque; sister, Dora Dunn of Boise, ID; and many friends. Mrs. Garrett was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Garrett in 1971. Graveside services will be held Thursday, 10:30 a.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE, with Rev. Lemuel M. Boyles officiating. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Wednesday, 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
