Leonard M. Martinez Sr. 61, a resident of Albuquerque passed away. He is survived by his children Julie Baca, Leonard Martinez Jr., and Tim Martinez, all of Albuquerque. Also surviving his mother Preciliana Martinez, and three grandchildren; two brothers Ernest Sandoval, and Tony Sandoval, and two sisters Carolyn Hughes, and Rosabel Spader. Mr. Martinez was a bricklayer for 40 years, he loved horses, Fishing and his ponds. During his working career he helped to build Natural History Museum, and Presbyterian Hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday Morning at 10:00am at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. Interment to follow at the Sunset Memorial Park.
