Betty Seckler, 93, a resident of Albuquerque since 1979, was called home to be with her Lord on Good Friday, April 21, 2000. She is survived by her sister, Ann Linz and husband, Adolf of Albuquerque; sister-in-law, Hannah Dettweiler of Gabriola, British Colombia, Canada; many nieces and nephews in Canada and German and many other friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Henry Seckler in 1993. Betty was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. She was a very special person to her sister and will be greatly missed. Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 210 Alvarado SE. French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE.
