Gertrude (Trudy) Tracy, 84, a resident of Albuquerque since 1961, died Saturday, April 15, 2000. She is survived by her son, Robert J. Tracy and wife, Ellen O'Conner of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Julie, Michael, and Steven. Mrs. Tracy married Edward Garfield Tracy in 1948 in Milwaukee, WI. He preceded her in death in 1972. She was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church. She retired from the Veterans Administration Medical Center as an occupational therapist. After her retirement, she volunteered at the downtown public library. Cremation has taken place and a memorial scripture service will be held Thursday, April 20, 2000, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Deacon James Baca officiating. Private interment of cremated remains will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
