William T. (Bill) Huntsman III, age 71, a resident of Albuquerque since 1954, died Saturday in a local hospital. He is survived by his wife, Marie T. Huntsman; five sons, William T. Huntsman IV and wife, Julie, Robert I. Huntsman and wife, Jackie, both of Albuquerque, Peter F. Kelley and wife, Kathy of Albuquerque, Matthew W. Kelley and wife, Cheri of Laramie, WY, Sean E. Kelley and wife, Patty of Benicia, CA; three daughters, Molly Bency and husband, Douglas of Tijeras, Maura Lewiecki and husband, E. Michael of Albuquerque, Kathleen Floyd of Atlanta, GA; 15 grandchildren. A loving and beloved husband, father and grandfather. He was a member of the Elks Club, Kiwanis Club, Boy Scouts of America, and Memded Hearts, Inc. A Veteran of WWII and Korea, attended Our Lady of Fatima Church, has worked with French-Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Sandia National Laboratory, Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, and Plasco Sales. Bill will lie in state Tuesday from noon to 5:00 p.m. A Rosary will be recited 7:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel of Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors. Services will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Church Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. with a reception following at the Holiday Inn, 2120 Menaul NE. Interment will follow in the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of Fatima Church or E.W.T.N., 5817 Old Leeds Rd., Irondale, AL 35210-9948. Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle NE, are in charge of arrangements.
