Rosie D. Smith, 83 years, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2000. She is survived by two sons, Frank Love and wife, Judy of Albuquerque, Jim Love and wife, Sue of Portales; step-daughter, Linda Elmendorf of Dakota City, NE; two grandchildren, Scott Love and wife, Jennifer and Lori Craig and husband, Wayne, all of Amarillo, TX; two great-grandchildren, Jordan and Devon Craig. She was born in Gould, OK on September 4, 1916 and traveled to the Estancia Valley in a covered wagon in 1918. She lived in Moriarty and Estancia for many years. No services are planned. Cremation arrangements are by Sunrise Society of New Mexico.
