Manuel L."Manny" Aguilar Jr., 37, a resident of Albuquerque for 14 years, died Monday, March 20, 2000. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Melissa"Missy" Aguilar; son, Isaac Aguilar; daughters, Kara Aguilar and Briana Aguilar, all of Albuquerque; parents, Mannie Aguilar Sr. and Teresa Aguilar of Vaughn, NM; brother, Andre Aguilar of Socorro; sisters, Charlotte Romero and husband, Bob of Lubbock, TX, Colleen Riojas and husband, Robert of Plainview, TX and Sharon Mata and husband, Ed of Albuquerque; parents-in-law, Jose E. and Erlinda Luna of Albuquerque; brothers-in-law, Louie Luna of Rio Rancho, Joseph Luna and John Luna and wife, Irene, all of Albuquerque; eight nieces and nephews; and many family and friends. Mr. Aguilar was a 12 year veteran of the Albuquerque Fire Department, serving as a paramedic at Fire Station #4. He was a member of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited Wednesday, 7:00 p.m., at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Rd. NW. Mass will be celebrated Thursday, 11:00 a.m., at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with Father Gene Gries, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Paul Garcia, Joe Luna, Richard Ortiz, Kerry Horton, Steve Saddoris and Brian Le Vie. Honorary pallbearers will be the brothers and sisters of the Albuquerque Fire Department. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Wednesday, 2:00 p.m., to 5:00 p.m.
