Georgia M. Mayer, 73, a resident of Albuquerque since 1946, died Friday, March 17, 2000. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Russell Mayer of Albuquerque; daughter, Leslie Duke; and two grandchildren, Michael Desmond and Erin Desmond, all of Peachtree, GA. Services will be held Sunday, 3:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Pastor Lemuel M. Boyles officiating. Cremation will follow services. Interment of cremains will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Sunday, 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.
