Alberto Bachicha, 81, a resident of Los Chavez and formerly of Clovis, peacefully passed away on Friday, December 29, 2000 at the Belen Health Care Center, where he had resided for the past six years. Alberto was a member of the San Clemente Catholic Church in Los Lunas. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary P. Bachicha in 1983; two brothers and three sisters. Alberto is survived by his three children, Inez Murillo Gonzales of Los Chavez; Dolores Gomez of Belen; Roberto Bachicha and his wife, Cindy of Albuquerque; 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one sister, Felecita Lucero of Pueblo, Co. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A Viewing will be held on Monday, January 1, 2001, 5:00 p.m. at Romero Funeral Home followed by a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 2, 2000, 10:00 a.m. at the San Clemente Catholic Church in Los Lunas, with Interment following at the San Clemente Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Christopher and Joey Gomez, Ruben A., Herman J., Albert R., and Bruce M. Murillo. Romero Funeral Home, Belen, NM.
