Elizabeth (Bess) Brown passed away in her sleep on December 7, 2000 at the Waters of Park Point Nursing Home in Duluth, MN. Bess was born Elizabeth O'Connor in New Haven, CT, and later moved to Florida. During World War II she met her husband Arthur W. Brown and they moved to Albuquerque in 1946 where they resided until 1998 when they moved back to Florida. In November of this year they moved to Duluth. Bess is survived be her nephew Michael O'Connor; grand nephew Jared O'Connor; Joshua O'Connor; and her dear friend Judy O'Connor, all of Florida; and, of course, her beloved husband Art Brown who now resides at the aforementioned nursing home at 1601 St. Louis Ave., Duluth, MN 55802. Mrs. Brown was employed for many years at F.D. Fogg & Co. Jewelers downtown Albuquerque.
