Lola M. Lucero, 92, died on March 30, 2000 in Albuquerque. She was born in Alameda, NM, to Melquides and Lucianita Mata Martinez. Her husband, F.C. Lucero, preceded her in death in 1985. She is survived by her son, Joe Lucero and wife, Joy of Albuquerque; two grandchildren, Kurt Lucero and wife, Jodie and Kristin Lucero, all of Albuquerque; a great-grandchild, Sarah; and many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends. Visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with Rosary being recited at 6:00 p.m., Sunday, April 2, 2000 at Chapel of Sandia Funeral Care, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, followed by burial in San Carlos Cemetery in Alameda.
