Edward Provus passed away on March 28, 2000 at the age of 96. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hortense in 1991, after a marriage of 62 years. He is survived by his son, Edward Jr. of Los Angeles; daughter, Joan and her husband, Hershel A. Danemann, M.D. of Albuquerque; three grandsons; three great-granddaughters; and four great-grandsons. Memorial services will be held at Congregation Albert, 3800 Louisiana Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, on March 31, 2000 at 2:30 p.m. Contributions may be made in his memory to Congregation Albert Endowment Fund, 3800 Louisiana Blvd. NE, Albuquerque 87110 or to a charity of choice. Cremation arrangements are by Sunrise Society of NM, 891-8200.
