Ellis E. Littleton, age 91, a resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday morning, January 30. He was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; and all of his siblings. He is survived by his children, Joe Littleton and wife, Mary, Ed Littleton and wife, Patsy, Mary Vermillion, Aileen Valdez, Owen Littleton and wife, Nancy, and Harriet Littleton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was a very equipment operator whose career spanned 68 years. He loved his work and gave it up only grudgingly when he was 87 years old. He was a member of Central United Methodist Church, where he was an usher for many years. A committal service will be held Saturday, February 5, 2000, 2:00 p.m., at Ed and Patsy's. Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle NE, were in charge of cremation arrangements.
