Helen Biggane, 88, a two year Albuquerque resident, died Wednesday, October 4, 2000. Miss Biggane is survived by her sister, Dorothy Holmes and husband, Charles of Socorro, NM; brother, John Biggane of Mill Valley, CA; and several nieces and nephews. She was retired from the US Department of State-Foreign Service, where she served as a consul in several countries throughout the world. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment of her cremated remains will take place in Terrace Grove Cemetery in Belen, NM.
