Marie H. Garcia, 88, a resident of Albuquerque since 1945, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2000. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Eugene L. Garcia of Albuquerque; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Marie was president of the Albuquerque Garden Club for several years. Graveside services will be held Friday, 1:00 p.m., at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith NE, with Deacon Bob Lewis officiating. Pallbearers will be Charles Baker, Dean Baker, Carlos Baker, Minnie Baker, Geraldine Baker, and Mary Baker. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
