Francis G. Lagana, 83, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 25 years, passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2000. Francis was born March 6, 1917, the son of Philip E. and Rose Lagana in Brooklyn, New York. He had been a financial analyst for CBS Broadcasting for 35 years before retiring. Francis is survived by his wife, Margaret of Rio Rancho; three children, Gregory Lagana of Brookline, MA, Lorraine Irving of New Port, RI, and Jeanine Simion of Austin, TX; grandchildren, Knick Irving, Ellen Lagana, Michael Lagana, Jacqueline Simion, and Chloe Simion. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 13, 2000 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho. Arrangements by Vista Verde Mortuary.
