Wayne devoted his life to helping others and was tolerant, strong willed and never intended any harm. He was a perfectionist and that reflected in every aspect of his life. Mr. Bowers was a longtime former member of Northside Gospel Tabernacle Church. Wayne and Ruth helped many, many foster children. His hope was to have his own church and minister to others. He left this earth only after making peace with the Lord. Wayne played his harmonica and communed with the Lord in spirit and he has been a living testimony to many.
