Andy L. Garcia, 61, a longtime resident of Carnuel, NM, went to be with the Lord Monday, August 14, 2000. He was born on November 17, 1938. Andy was preceded in death by his parents, Alcario and Franciscita Garcia, Evangeline Garcia-Valdez; and sister, Angelina Padilla. He is survived by his children, Patti Boyd-Garcia, Brenda Borunda and husband, Hector, Wilbert Garcia, James Garcia and wife, Dolores, Carla Gutierrez and husband, Jimmy, and Andrew Garcia; sister, Senida Jinzo; brother, Eddie Garcia and wife, Mary; special friend, Sylvia Sanchez and children; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Cremation will take place. Services will be held at Holy Child Parish in Carnuel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening, August 17, 2000. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 18, 2000. Private interment for the immediate family will follow.
